Join The Public Service as they celebrate FIVE YEARS of making folkish-rockish music together, bringing their full-band show back to the Stage where it all began way back in the before times (2019). This event is all-ages and pay what you can (suggested $20).

Dartmouth-based indie-folkers, The Public Service have had a big year, bringing their uplifting act to the main stages of The IIHF World Juniors, Full Circle Festival, and Stan Rogers Folk Festival, to name a few. Their debut album, Songs For The Living (2022) is a collection of love letters disguised as folk songs for the people and places left behind. Songs For The Living hit no. 1 on multiple community radio stations across Canada. The Public Service was founded on the belief that sharing your gifts with the world is a public service.
