The Public Service Duo Dartmouth-based indie-folkers, The Public Service have had a big year, bringing their uplifting act to the main stages of The IIHF World Juniors, Full Circle Festival, and Stan Rogers Folk Festival, to name a few. Their debut album, Songs For The Living (2022) is a collection of love letters disguised as folk songs for the people and places left behind. Songs For The Living reached no. 1 on multiple community radio stations across Canada. Their infectious stage presence and inviting choruses make it hard not to join in song. The Public Service was founded on the belief that sharing your gifts with the world is a public service.
